Request
A dealer, seller or owner submits the engine and location details.
Our Process
Independent examination. Verifiable condition. Greater buyer protection.
The IronTec Certification Journey
A certified examiner performs IronTec's structured 125-point engine examination, documents the findings, and creates a traceable certification record that buyers, dealers and fleets can verify through the engine's IronTec QR credential.
Detailed Workflow
The visual above explains the certification experience. Behind it is a controlled operating workflow that connects the request, examiner assignment, examination evidence, review, certification and public verification record.
A dealer, seller or owner submits the engine and location details.
IronTec assigns an approved independent examination provider.
A certified examiner performs IronTec's structured 125-point engine examination and captures the required observations and evidence.
The recorded findings are reviewed and translated into a consistent IronTec grade and certification decision.
Once approved, IronTec issues a unique Certification ID and tamper-evident QR credential tied to the engine's digital record.
Buyers, dealers and fleets scan the QR code or enter the Certification ID to view the live IronTec record and confirm the information connected to the engine.
Consumer Protection & Market Transparency
IronTec is designed to give buyers access to standardized, independently documented condition information that is separate from the seller's sales claims. The goal is not to guarantee future performance; it is to make important engine-condition evidence easier to understand, verify and trace.
IronTec certification reflects observations and evidence at the time of examination. It is not a warranty, appraisal, emissions certificate or government inspection unless a future written program expressly provides otherwise.
